Bruschetta Burrata, Dried Tomatoes

You like burrata but you are looking for a different way of serving it?

8 slices Tuscan bread

1 cup fresh burrata

8 dried tomatoes in oil

1 clove of garlic

dry oregano

 2 tbsp.EVOO  

Fine salt

 To prepare the bruschetta with  burrata,toast the 8 slices of bread in the oven at 200 °C for 3 or 4 minutes,

Cut dried tomatoes into small pieces

Bake the bread, rub with half a clove of garlic

Put on each slice a little burrata, pieces of dry tomato in oil, sprinkle with a little dry oregano and a pinch of salt

Your  bruschettas with burrata are ready to be served! Simple but intense flavor

8 fette pane Toscano

350 gr. burrata fresca

8 pomodori secchi in olio

1 spicchio aglio

Origano secco

2 cucch. Olio Extra Vergine Oliva

Sale fino

Per preparare i crostini alla burrata tosta le  fette di pane nel forno  a 200 °C per 3 o 4 minuti,

Taglia i pomodori secchi a pezzettoni

 Sfornale, sfregale con lo spicchio di aglio

Metti su ogni fetta un pochino di burrata, pezzetti di pomodoro secco sott’olio, cospargile con poco origano secco e un pizzico di sale,

I Crostini alla burrata sono pronti per essere serviti! Semplice ma intenso sapore.
