A light way of cooking cod (merluzzo in Italian), without sacrificing taste and the pleasure of eating. Very few ingredients are enough to prepare it and have a tasty dish.  Cod fillets 500 g = 7 large fillets

Preparation:

Wash and thinly slice the peppers and onion
