The recipe for the Half day hands on cooking class is simple:

Ingredients:

  • typical stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti, surrounded by vineyard & olive groves
  • tasty Italian traditional recipes to be reproduced at home
  • hosts Simonetta & Paola, Italians but fluent in English
  • Toscana Mia’s hosts happy to answer about Italian food and life to discover the regional culture and cuisine
  • personalized menu with max. 10 people who share a love of food and traveling
  • attention to vegetarian, gluten free or other requests for people of all ages
  • fun and relaxing atmosphere on the cooking course

Directions:

Spend 3 hours kneading the fresh home made pasta,chopping, pouring extra virgin olive oil on fresh, organic  ingredients to  realize Tuscan and Italian traditional typical dishes

Then all together sit around the table, talking, sipping some great Chianti Classico wine and enjoying  what in Italian  is called“i frutti del nostro lavoro”, the fruits of our work.
