Gluten Free Seed Crackers for Valentine’s Day
Ingredients
Flax seeds, Half a glass
Sunflower seeds, Half a glass
Pumpkin seeds ,Half a glass(make them yourself, read the blog)
Chia seeds, Half a glass
Water, a glass
EVOO, 1 tbsp.
fine salt, 1 tsp.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon
Leave them to soak for 15 minutes
Spread them on oven tray or air fryer container (covered with parchment paper).
If you cook
in the oven 200°C=400 °F for 20 minutes
Air fryer 200°C=400 °F for 15 minutes
You obtain crunchy ,beautiful seed snacks you can eat immediately or store in a glass or give as a gift.
