Want to present tiramisu in a different way? How many times have you made a fantastic tiramisu and then had some left over? It’s difficult, but it can happen.
Have you ever thought about freezing your tiramisu?
This is our idea today, especially for Valentine’s Day, so the shape is obviously a heart, but you can shape it any way you like; you just need a suitable mold.

We had some berry tiramisu—you can find the recipe here—and we thought it would be perfect for Valentine’s Day. So we used a simple heart-shaped mold, placed the tiramisu in it, and froze it.

Removed from the mold half an hour before serving, and topped with blueberries. Here it is: a fun way to serve our tiramisu. You can always make a classic tiramisu (recipe here), a strawberry and peach tiramisu (recipe here), or a porridge tiramisu (recipe here).

Whatever tiramisu you like best, accept this simple idea as a heartfelt Valentine’s Day wish to all of you blog friends.

Buon San Valentino a Tutti !
