6 small glasses
250 gr. ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons milk
60 gr.green beans or pesto
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, season with oil, salt and pepper
In a bowl work the ricotta with a little milk and the Parmesan. Season with salt and mix until the mixture is soft
Place a layer of tomatoes on the bottom of each glass, continue with one of ricotta and complete with one of chopped cooked green beans or pesto.
