
If you’re thinking of a fresh and tasty fish dish ,the swordfish with pine nuts and olives is perfect. Easy and quick to prepare has a great flavour.

6 slices of swordfish about 2 cm thick 30 g of pine nuts
20 medium size ripe tomatoes 50 pitted green olives
1 clove of garlic 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper to taste Salt to taste
1. Cut the tomatoes in four
2. Pour the oil into a non-stick pan, then add a clove of garlic, the tomatoes
3. Add a pinch of salt

4. Cut the olives in half
5. Add the olives
6. Add the slices of swordfish and season with salt and pepper, then cook for about 3 minutes per side;
7. While the swordfish is cooking, toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan ,then add them to your fish before serving.
- Pesce spada ,Olive e Pinoli
- 6 fette di pesce spada spesse circa 2 cm 30 g di pinoli
- 20 pomodori maturi piccoli 50 olive verdi snocciolate
- Uno spicchio d’aglio Olio evo q.b.
- Pepe nero q.b. Sale q.b.
- Tagliate i pomodori in quattro
- Versate l’olio in una padella antiaderente, aggiungete quindi uno spicchio d’ aglio in camicia, i pomodorini
- Aggiungete un pizzico di sale
- Tagliate le olive a metà
- Unite le olive
- Aggiungete le fette di pesce spada ed aggiustate con un pizzico di sale e del pepe quindi lasciate cuocere per circa 3 minuti per lato;
- Mentre il pesce spada cuoce tostate i pinoli in una padella antiaderente (quindi aggiungeteli al vostro pesce prima di servirlo.
