On Valentine’s Day – and not only – choose homemade gifts: you will give those you love an original thought made with your heart. For this year the choice is: chocolates, very simple but really good and original.With unexpected flavours.

It is possible to dissolve the chocolate for all of them at once and use it separately depending on your preferences

Chocolates with Oatflakes

50 gr.= 2 oz. Dark chocolate

2 tablespoons oatflakes

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, mix it in a bowl with the oatflakes

 Put a spoonful in each small paper ramekin

 Let  them cool for two hours

Chocolates with Muesli granola

50 gr.= 2 oz. Dark chocolate

2 tablespoons muesli

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, mix it in a bowl with the granola

Put a spoonful in each small paper ramekin

Let them cool for two hours

A little different but really special Chocolates with Parmigiano cheese

100 gr. = 4 oz.Dark chocolate

100 gr. = 4 oz.Parmigiano

1. Cut Parmigiano Reggiano into small pieces ,the size of half a walnut.

2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie/double boiler.

3. Dip the pieces of cheese in the chocolate by helping with a fork or kitchen pliers

4. Allow to dry on oily paper or on a rack

5. and serve
