You don’t have much time because you are finishing your computer work but you wanted to prepare lunch. You would like a healthy and substantial lunch. You don’t want to spend time checking its cooking.

5 thighs 1 bell pepper/capsicum 3 courgettes/zucchini
1 large potato 2 carrots 1 onion ½ l. broth
1 glass of white wine sage, rosemary,salt 5 tbsp.Extra virgin olive oil
In a saucepan, cook the onion 2 tablespoons oil, add the thighs and brown them well on all sides. Add a few sage leaves and a sprig of rosemary. Deglaze with white wine and evaporate on high heat. Adjust with salt and pepper. Continue cooking by adding a cup of broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken halfway through cooking.
In the meantime, cut the vegetables into slices or pieces and arrange them in an ovenproof dish, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Bake at 180°C /350°F for 15 minutes.
After this time, arrange the chicken on top of the vegetables, add salt and pepper and a little oil.
Bake it in the oven at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken over.
Cook for other 10 minutes.Serve hot.
