In Poggio san Polo ,a tiny village in Tuscany, more precisely in Chianti.Here is Toscana Mia Cooking School,

In the middle of olive groves, vineyards, a tiny village with 5 houses ,up on a hill with beautiful view and air.

The building is from 1300 and by law with the restoration nothing could be changed outside.

Inside we could change something but tried to maintain as much as possible as it was before-

Fireplaces in action for many months.

The room that was was the carriage now adapted to a really large kitchen, maintaining stone a vista (exposed stone)

We added many personal ideas, collecting tools, utensils and old stuff .

Always thinking that this home is for welcoming everybody: swallows in Spring

and friends all year round.
