CROSTINI ALL’ERBA CIPOLLINA

- 150g robiola or stracchino cheese
- a bunch of chives
- a pinch of salt
- white pepper
- 10 small slices of bread
- Chop the chives and mix them with the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the slices of bread and then spread on the cream.
- Serve them as an appetizer
