
Pasta with burrata is a simple and very tasty dish with Mediterranean flavors! Made with pasta of your choice, seasoned and creamed with a sauce of fresh tomatoes to which is added the inside of the burrata: mozzarella scraps mixed with fresh cream that give a unique fresh taste.
This is how a burrata looks like!Sincerely already good by itself.

Servings 3
300 gr.=2/3 cups short pasta (it depends on the pasta shape)
350 g =15 oz. cherry tomatoes (or san marzano tomato) or 3 big tomatoes
200 g burrata (burrata stracciatella)
3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dried oregano
1 clove of garlic
Fine salt 1 tsp.
Black pepper (optional)

Burrata is made of two parts.
Separate the external (little more consistent) from the inside. Chop the external part.
This is the inside.

Bring the water for the pasta to boil.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half if they are the cherry ones or in smaller pieces if the big ones.
Sauté the tomatoes in a pan with a peeled garlic, 3 tablespoons of E.V.O.O. for 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente with salt.
Add 1 tsp. fine salt and the burrata external part, add 1 ladle of boiling cooking water.
If necessary, add more water.

When the pasta is almost ready, but still a little hard, drain it .
Add it in the pan with the sauce.
Add 1 tsp. oregano, and the inside of the burrata.

Mix and stir
Add 1 tsp. oregano, and the inside of the burrata.

Stir and serve the pasta with burrata .
